For customers traveling on international destinations, It is wise to prepare related documents, passport with valid visa, health certificate and other necessary documents.

Procedure for C I Q

At Embarkation Airport :

• After check-in process, our Indonesian Citizen customers can make fiscal payments at available counter in the departure hall using the attached boarding pass.
• Customers must fill in Immigration Card given according to Immigration Regulation and immigration clearance check.
• Customers may begin immigration clearance check at the immigration counter, showing all necessary documents.

At Disembarkation Airport :

• All passengers must check their travel document for valid visa and passport.
• All passengers' articles must be verified, referring to customs clearance regulation.
