(+) Just visit the nearest GA’s office or dial up to Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999 or simply contact the nearest Garuda Indonesia Travel Agent.

(?) How do I modify my itinerary during the booking process?

(+) You can modify your itinerary as much as you want so long as it is using the same Booking Reference ( Booking Code ) and doesn’t create a new Booking Reference

(?) How long can I hold my reservation until I purchase the ticket ?

(+) You can hold a reservation as long as the ticketing deadline is still valid.

(?) How many passengers can I book in one reservation?

(+) You can book as many as 9 passengers for Individual booking and 99 passengers for Group including child or infant occupying a seat.

(?) Where do I go if I want to choose my departures based on Schedule?

(+) You can go to the nearest Garuda Indonesia sales office or dial up Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807 or 021 2351 9999 or simply contact the nearest Garuda Indonesia Travel Agent.

(?) Why local contact must be attached into the reservation?

(+) Local contact is needed by Garuda Indonesia to inform passenger any necessary information concerning his/her flight.

(?) How can I look at my existing reservation ?

(+) You can view it at www.garuda-indonesia.com then find “Booking Status” then type your six numeric Passenger Name Record that starts with Q then go to “Check Status” column.

(?) How do I reconfirm my reservation ?

(+) Garuda Indonesia does not require reconfirmation any more but you can provide us with your local contact number at your destination or your mobile phone number simply to reconfirm your onward journey.

(?) What's your policy regarding medical oxygen on board ?

(+) You can book the oxygen bottle & mask that is prescribed by Garuda Indonesia psychiatry from Garuda Sentra Medika not from other health institution/hospital. For further assistance please call our 24 hours Garuda Call Center or simply call Garuda Sentra Medika (GSM) at Kemayoran - Central Jakarta / with the Telephone Number 62-021 4241000.

(?) How can I find out which seats are currently available for a particular flight?

(+) When you request for seat availability status, the response will show a number of seats available since GA reservation system is really a real time respond system. It uses a “First In First Get” philosophy for the seat inventory.

(?) Can I make changes of a reservation that I have already made?

(+) It depends on the rule/condition of fare of the ticket.

(?) How do I select my seat(s)?

(+) It depends on the rule / condition of class of service, the higher the class the easier /more flexible to get a seat location.

(?) Is there an exception to the time limit?

(+) No, there’s no exception for time limit, it’s strictly based on time limit procedure.

(?) Why didn't I get the correct city code when I typed the city name/city code?

(+) It’s possible that either the city have more than one airport or the airport name is different with the city name.

(?) I am traveling with a sick person who requires a wheelchair. What should I do?

(+) During reservation you can request through our Call Center for a wheelchair and they will request you a front row aisle seat.

(?) What is recommended check-in time for Garuda Indonesia ?

(+) Passengers traveling on all Garuda Indonesia‘s flight are requested to do a check-in process at least 2 hours prior to its international flight and 1 hour for domestic flight.

    Moslem Meals, Vegetarian Meals, Non-salt meals & Diabetic Meals.

    Kosher Meals, Hindu Meals, Oriental Meals & other special meals.

(?) What recommendation would you give for passengers traveling with infants/children?

(+) You need not bring Baby Basket and Baby Meal because they are available on board and are free of charge but it must be requested in advance during reservation. Baby cradles are limitedly available for an infant with a maximum weight 9 kg on first come first serve basis. Baby meal and Child Meals are not available for Go Show Passengers.
